Ithaca College Affiliate Registration Form
Alumni and Spouses and qualified domestic partners of employees may apply for an IC Affiliate library card.
Visiting lecturers/scholars, accompanists and any other temporary employees who are not given a college ID card may apply for an IC Affiliate library card with photo ID and proof of affiliation through their sponsoring department or the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.
Note: Due to licensing and copyright restrictions, IC Affiliates do not have access to licensed library databases, Interlibrary Loan (ILL) or Circulation Reserves. Alumni and Ithaca College Affiliate borrowers should request ILL items through their public library.

You may pick up your Affiliate Borrower's card at the Library during open hours. Please bring a photo ID with you for verification. *Note: requests made at the Library may take between 5 - 15 minutes to process due to technology delays.
