9. IC witnessed a tremendous growth in terms of campus-size as well as the student body. How did that affect instruction?

11. What kind of relationship did the faculty members share with the administration? Did the faculty have any say in the administration of the college? What is your perception of the administrations under which you served the College?

12. How did student response and involvement change over the years?

13. How would you compare the students of the late-‘90s with those of the early-‘70s?

15. What was the department, in terms of size, diversity, programs and majors offered, like when you first joined the college? How would you describe your relations with other faculty members? What is your view of the newer generation of faculty?
