Q: I am trying to access a database or electronic journal from Miner Library at the University of Rochester Medical Center and I am being asked to log in even though I already entered my URMC username and password--what should I do?
Try to access the database or electronic journal from the Ithaca College library website: http://www.ithaca.edu/library/. In this situation, it is likely that the resource you want is really in Ithaca College's collection, not URMC's. You may not be able to access the resource because you are trying to go through Miner Library's website.
