Responsibilities

    --Assisted in photographing and digitally organizing cemetery records for genealogical use.

    --The Internet Public Library <http://www.ipl.org>  provides free, online, searchable subject guides for everyone.  Can't find what you're looking for?  Ask a librarian in their free online reference service.  Who knows, I may answer your question!  I also provide feedback to library students just beginning their reference interviewing adventures.  

Genealogical Research Volunteer, Steele Memorial Library, Elmira NY, 2008-2009.

    --Compiled paper and online indexes of local births, marriages, and deaths for use in genealogical research. 

Cataloguing Volunteeer, Rakow Research Library, Corning Museum of Glass, Corning NY, 2008-2009.

    --Catalogued an impossibly disorganized German Glass Magazine's Anhangs (Supplements).

Book Repair and Conservation, University of the South, Sewanee TN, 1995-1997.

    --Learned the ins and outs of archival book repair and preservation.  Here began a life-long passion!
