Library Copyright Policies

Fair Use Guidelines allow the Library to request a total of five articles from a single journal title published within the current five years. For six or more articles, we recommend the following alternatives:

1. The Library can order the additional copies and the copyright permission fee would be paid by your department. Contact [email protected] for more information.
2. Purchase a back issue if one is available. Contact your subject librarian for more information.
3. Your subject librarian can also help you find articles on your topic from other journals.
